West End Primary offer a wrap around provision for early years children in Reception and Nursery.  Cygnets have a a breakfast club from 8am and an after school club running to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm on Fridays.

This private provider is based within the school and is a well established provision, offering wrap around care for school aged children (Year 1 - Year 6) and holiday provision too.

Before school club

'Early Birds' are open from 7.30 am to 8.45 am, which is the start of the school day. The children are offered a healthy breakfast which includes a range of cereal, fruit and drinks.  Children can engage in a variety of activities before being taken to their classrooms by the staff and helped with their morning routines ready for the start of the school day.

The cost of each morning session (7.30 am to 8.45am) is £5.40

After school club

'Night Owls' are open from 3.15 pm till 5.45 pm Monday - Thursday and until 5.00 pm on Fridays. There are a wide range of activities on offer and to allow the children to make their own decisions about what they engage in, whether it be a quieter past time or a more energetic activity.

From Monday to Thursday the cost of each session is £10.75 (3.15 pm - 5.45 pm) while on Fridays the cost of each session is £7.50 (3.15pm -5pm).

There is an annual registration fee of £10 per family.

West End Night Owls Ltd is located within the school building in a well resourced room. The club also has direct access to the school hall, ICT Suite, and our extensive outside and sensory area.

The club also provides child care for some of the school holidays from 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, except on Fridays when we close at 5pm. These 'Fun Clubs' cost £35 per day. Children need to bring a pack lunch, but all other snacks and drinks will be provided by the club throughout the day. These holiday clubs are available to children who are aged 5 to 11 years old.
