One of the ways we encourage healthy bodies and minds is through regular 'Wake Up Shake Up' sessions. These are a fantastic way for the children and staff to start the day. The children have taken ownership of sessions and have created some of the routines.

As well as providing lots of opportunities in the curriculum for the children to take part in sport and to learn about healthy eating and the importance of being fit and active; we also offer lots of opportunities for the children to take part in extra curricular clubs. These include football, rugby, netball, multi skills, hockey, tennis and golf. As well as opportunities for them to use their creative and ICT skills at music clubs, art club, ICT and Code Club.

Our 'Lets Get Cooking' Club provides the children with an opportunity to learn cooking skills, as well as teaching children and their families about the benefits of healthy eating.

We help the children stay safe in lots of ways, including cycle, scooter and pedestrian training. We also provide age appropriate, drug, relationship, first aid training and internet safety information.
